CPC Supports MAC 5K Run
CPC once again both sponsored and participated in the Midtown Assistance Center (MAC) 5K Race held in Piedmont Park on May 10. The event helps raise awareness for MAC, a non-profit whose mission is to prevent homelessness and hunger by providing emergency assistance to low-income working Atlantans during periods of crisis. “CPC has been involved in the race 11 years running,” said CPC's Nike Thorpe.
“We believe that homelessness has no place in Atlanta. Yet too many of our neighbors are still facing this crisis. CPC is determined as a company to help our unhoused community succeed on the journey from survival to self-sufficiency.”
