As CPC celebrates its 50th year of operations, it's a moment for deep reflection on our past, present, and future. Over the decades, we've successfully navigated market fluctuations, economic shifts, changes in government policies, revisions in income and estate laws, and the evolving landscape of the financial services industry. Today, I take great pride in the exceptional team of professionals we've assembled - individuals whom I'm honored to call my partners and teammates.

Looking ahead, I find myself more excited than ever about our future. Years ago, a wise friend advised me to "change before you have to." We have embraced this principle as a mantra for our business. Along with our Executive Committee, we have been diligently preparing CPC for the next chapter. As a team, we've developed a comprehensive succession plan for the firm. While I remain committed to my role as Chairman for years to come, I believe it's essential to ensure CPC is ready for the future. With the full support of our Executive Committee, we are excited to share that Varun Marneni, CFP®, CEPA, will assume the role of President & CEO and Adele Gipson, CFP®, CFA, CPA, as his Executive Vice President. Our leadership team has been informally operating under this structure, and the transition has been remarkably smooth. Varun and Adele are among the most capable leaders in our industry, and I have full confidence in their ability to lead CPC forward.

Many of you have witnessed firsthand Varun and Adele’s commitment to our clients, firm members, and the community. Their dedication to upholding CPC’s values and advancing its mission is exemplary. With Varun and Adele’s new responsibilities, along with Blake Flood, CFP®, as the Head of our Investment Committee and David Hunter, CFA, CAIA, as our Chief Investment Officer, we have an exceptional executive leadership team committed to lead our firm towards continued success with integrity and passion.
