On July 18, 2020, CPC Advisors will be moving our office. We’re only going half-a-mile north on Peachtree Street, but for our clients and employees the move represents a significant step forward in convenience, security and comfort. Our new premises will be in the venerable and recently updated Federal Home Loan Bank building located at 1475 Peachtree Street NE.
Saying Goodbye to Colony Square
We have become a remarkable team together. Many of you were there when we founded the company in 1975 and moved into Colony Square in 1979. Midtown Atlanta had not yet come into its own and the building did not have many tenants. Parking during the early years was not an issue. Over the years, as you are well aware, the complex changed a great deal. In fact, it’s undergoing a major renovation at this time.
Colony Square is currently adding a significant amount of retail space, restaurants and a movie theater. Additionally, two new office buildings will increase the footage by 120,000 square feet. With all these additions, strangely, no new parking has been created. We know this will bring about even more challenges and inconveniences for you.
Therefore, we feel it’s time for our team to move on. We are preparing a brand new home with you in mind and we couldn’t be more excited about the prospect!

- Less congested, user-friendly building experience
- Reserved parking for clients – right near the elevator lobby on the first floor

Inside, It’s Like a Brand New Home
Our new office space on the 7th floor is being readied just for you! The reception area is a large welcome center that features the essential coffee bar. Just beyond it is a state-of-the-art meeting space that features pleasant views of Ansley Park and breathtaking glimpses of Stone Mountain. Inside the office space, we have made custom renovations - from the ceiling, wiring, HVAC, all the way to the floors - so you can have the best and most personalized experiences when you visit. We’ve even made a significant investment in technology - from adding a back-up generator to increased data security; a new telephone system to increase the level of customer service we extend to you and premier media and audio visuals to highly enhance our communications with you.
For our team members, there are more functional and personalized offices, exercise facility, cafeteria, post office and print shop amongst other amenities. We can’t wait for you to visit!
